Genability has launched a new Explorer Help Center. Get answers to FAQs, report a problem and access blog posts highlighting new Explorer features. The site also includes helpful resources like how-to guides and video tutorials on how to use Explorer’s powerful tools.
Some of the sections include: Creating Customer Accounts, Loading Usage Data and Running A Cost Analysis. If there’s something you feel needs explaining that’s not in the Help Center, let us know and we’ll get it added.
